I am thrilled to be your Livingston Jr. High counselor and look forward to working with students and their families. This is will be my 15th year in education and my 5th year as a school counselor. This year I will be working with students individually and in small-group settings. I will also be available to teachers and parents for consultation and conferences. 

 

My personal philosophy is that all students can reach their full potential when provided safe learning environments, encouragement, high expectations, and opportunities for growth in personal and social areas, academics, and college and career readiness. My goal is to empower students to make better choices and to help them learn effective problem-solving skills. The school counseling program is an integral link between students, families, and the community and provides the foundation by which a "village" can be successful in creating life-long learners and productive members of our society.
